盛科网络有限公司由拥有十余年海外研发、管理经历的中国留学生创办，公司致力于提供完全中国知识产权的核心芯片及系统，用于构建思科等级的高端以太网交换机和路由器，旨在全面提升中国企业参与国际竞争的核心竞争力，是中国首家下一代通讯设备的核心芯片及解决方案提供商。
公司初期目标成为亚太地区高端以太网交换机核心芯片和系统的领导供应商。
公司目前设立苏州和美国两个分公司。美国公司位于硅谷，主要负责跟踪前沿技术和芯片架构方面的研发设计，苏州公司负责芯片和系统的研发、验证和产业化工作。盛科网络在开曼群岛设立控股公司作为投融资的平台。
公司主要产品为以下两颗芯片：
Bay：24G高性能包处理引擎，集成流量控制器(TM) ，虚拟队列(VoQ)，支持IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, NAT等协议；
Richmond：高扩展交换芯片；
以Bay为基础，搭配Richmond组成芯片组，可以形成从24G到960G容量的全系列高端以太网交换机，直接面对思科的Catalyst 3750、4500、6500和7600系列产品。

系统测试经理/资深系统测试工程师
Responsibility:
l Work with hardware and software development to ensure the overall product quality
l Establish and enhance QA infrastructure, including labs, tools and automation
l Build bug tracking and reporting system
l Manage sustaining engineering and escalation team to provide on-going customer support
l Develop test plans, create schedules, and manage release process
l Help hire and coach QA professionals
Requirements:
l Successful track record in establishing QA infrastructure and developing tools and automation
l 5+ years of related industry experience with 3+ years in QA and 1+ years in managing role
l Extensive data networking (switching/routing) and protocol testing experience
l Experience in scripting language including shell scripts, perl, tcl, or python
l BA or BS, MS preferred
Desired but not required:
l Experience with installing, configuring and running bugzilla, mantis, or similar bug tracking system
l Experience with startup and work from scratch
l Experience in smartbits or similar performance tools
l Cisco or equivalent certifications
责任:
1. 与硬件部门和软件部门协作,确保整个产品的质量
2. 建立一个全面强效的QA架构, 包括实验室和自动化测试工具
3. 建立bug追踪和报告系统
4. 管理一个技术支持和升级团队, 为客户提供即时技术支持
5. 制定测试计划和进度表, 并管理产品的发布过程
6. 帮助招聘并培训QA工程师
要求:
1. 在构建QA架构和创建自动化测试工具化方面有过成功经历
2. 5年以上相关工作经验, 并且有3年以上QA工作经验, 其中至少有1年管理经验
3. 精通数据网络和协议 (Switching/Routing) 测试
4. 在以下至少一种脚本语言方面有工作经验: shell scripts, perl, tcl, python
5. 学历在本科以上, 硕士更佳
受欢迎的非必要条件:
1. 有安装,配置并运行bugzilla, mantis, 或者类似的bug跟踪系统的经验
2. 有从无到有创建整套测试环境的经验
3. 有使用smartbits或类似性能测试工具的经验
4 有Cisco或类似认证

Senior Software Engineer – Platforms 投递邮箱
Will participate in architecting, specifying and implementing Centec’s gigabit-switch systems. Work on the platform and OS software layers of Centec switch.
- BSEE/CS with 5+ years experience or MSEE/CS with 3+ years experience
- RTOS experience is required. Linux/FreeBSD/NetBSD experience is a plus.
- Must have experience on switches, routers, Ethernet, TCP/IP and networking.
- Must have broad experience with different IO hardware.
- Must be able to communicate with platform hardware teams.
- Must be dynamic, growth-oriented and willing to take initiative.
- Experience on IO device driver for FE and GE media interfaces is a plus
- Good communication skills, team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment

Senior Software Engineer – Protocols
Will participate in architecting, specifying and implementing Centec’s gigabit-switch systems. Work on Layer2 protocols (Ethernet, VLAN, STP etc) and routing protocols (control plane components – BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, LDP etc) for Centec.
- BSEE/CS with 5+ years experience or MSEE/CS with 3+ years experience
- At least three years of experience in networking protocol stack design and implementation.
- Must have a track record of shipping product into production networks.
- At least three years of experience related to IP enabled services (stateful firewall, IPSec, GRE, L2TP, NAT, NetFlow, IDS, IDP etc).
- Must be dynamic, growth-oriented and willing to take initiative.
- Good communication skills, team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment
