Research and/or Development experience in at least one of the following technologies: 2G (GSM or IS95) or 3G(WCDMA or cdma2000) or WLAN (802.11x) or WiMAX (802.16d/e) or UWB or 3G LTE or DVB-T/H or 4G or MIMO
Familiar with algorithm research, design and development
Experience in wireless prototype and/or system development related activities is preferred
Experience and skills in CDMA system development and implementation is preferred
Highly motivated, well organized, and quick learning and problem-solving skills
Team player
Strong communication and presentation skill
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Special Requirement:
Rich programming skill with C/C++ or matlab
Familiar with wireless simulation method and tools, e. g. CoCentric or SPW or Simulink
2G/3G/B3G/4G algorithm research experience is a plus
Familiar with algorithm DSP or VHDL implementation is another plus
