Senior DSP developer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop DSP software of TD-SCDMA Layer 1 protocol for Wireless Field Test equipment at China Development Center.
2. Work on both customization of existing products and new product development.
3. Provide engineering support to local market.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate from university with degree from telecom, computer science, or EE
2. 3+ years experience in DSP software development in wireless communication field, familiarity with physical layer/RF standard (2G/3G).
3. Understanding of communication theory (modulation/demodulation, sampled data systems) and digital signal processing methods. Familiarity with TD-SCDMA Layer 1 (RF)
4. Experience with embedded systems and applications (understand memory and processing limitations, etc), Experience with embedded system development tools: compilers and HW debuggers (DSP56K related experience will be preferred)
5. Familiarity with Signal generators and RF test equipment (SpecAn esp).
6. Preferable good process awareness and experience of quality management system. Good documentation capability.
7. Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing), prior experience coordination/working with international companies.
8. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members. Good communication skill.
9. Able to travel domestically and internationally
