岗位名称：研发/工艺/测试工程师  
Job Title: R&D/Technical/Testing Engineers
职责描述：参与新产品研发与改良计划；工艺过程开发及相关文件制作；产品可靠性测试。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To participate in development and improvement of new products, development of techniques and production of relevant documents, and the test of reliability.
岗位要求：本科及以上学历，光电子、电子、通讯、计算机软硬件、测试技术与仪器及机械相关专业；2年以上制造型企业研发工作经验；有光电器件/模块工作经验者优先。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in optoelectronics, electronics, communications, computer software and hardware, testing engineering or mechanical.
Minimum of 2 years' R&D experience in big manufacturing enterprises, experience with optical device or modules is preferred.

岗位名称：MOCVD研发工程师
Job Title: MOCVD R&D Engineers
职责描述：保证MOCVD工艺设备的正常运行以及MOCVD外延材料的批量生产。

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To guarantee the operation of MOCVD and to direct the mass production of MOCVD epitaxial materials.
岗位要求：本科及以上学历，半导体光电子材料、器件、半导体物理专业；有用MOCVD生长GaAs、InP为基的材料外延生长经验及使用、维护MOCVD设备的经验。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in semiconductor optoelectronics materials, devices or semiconductor physics.
The experience of using MOCVD for GaAs, InP material epitaxy, and the experience of maintaining MOCVD are required.
岗位名称：软件设计工程师
Job Title: Software Programming Engineers
职责描述：根据公司需要编写测试软件以及在线设备的维护。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To program the testing software and to maintain the online equipments.
岗位要求：本科以上学历，2年以上工作经验；电磁场与微波，无线通信或电子专业；丰富的射频电路仿真，PCB SI/PI/EMC设计经验；熟练使用射频仿真软件，如ADS、Microwave office、Ansoft HFSS；熟练使用矢量网络分析仪，能够设计试验验证仿真结果。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in electromagnetism and microwave,  wireless communications or electronics with minimum of 2 years' working experience.
Rich experience in radio-frequency circuit simulation, PCB SI/PI/EMC design,
Familiar with radio-frequency circuit simulation software, such as ADS、Microwave office、Ansoft HFSS.
Skilled in using vector networking analyzing instruments, able to design the experiments for verifying simulation results.

岗位名称：技术支持工程师
Job Title: Technical Support Engineers
职责描述：有效进行售前技术支持任务，及时收集、分析和排除客户故障将客户需求反馈回公司，推动销售工作进展并为研发做好新产品开发的前期技术支持工作。
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
To offer the technical support before the sales, to collect, analyze and maintain the malfunctions, and feedback the demands from the clients. To accelerate the sales activities, and to offer the technical support of new products development.

岗位要求：男性，本科及以上学历，熟悉光通信设备/系统，相关行业2年以上工作经验；英语四级以上，英语口语流利，熟悉专业词汇；能熟练操作办公软件，能适应长期出差。
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Male, minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Familiar with optical communication equipments or system with minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience.
Minimum of CET-4 is required. Fluent in oral English, familiar with relevant vocabulary.
Skilled in office software.
Adapt to long term business trip.
