SM0825-36/-36H, 800 - 2500 MHz, Linear 4 Watt Amplifier

Stealth Microwave introduces the SM0825-36/-36H, a 800 to 2500 MHz solid state GaAs amplifier designed for multi-purpose use in the wireless markets. With 1.7 GHz of bandwidth, this small amplifier can be used in AMPS, GSM, DCS1800, ISM, WLL, PCS, UMTS, and IMT200 applications. This module provides +35.5 dBm of output power at P1dB, and OIP3 of +48 dBm. Two versions are available, the -36, with 20 dB of linear gain, and the -36H, with 35 dB of linear gain. The gain flatness over the full band is ±0.75 dB.

Standard features include Single DC Supply of +12V, Thermal Protection with a Auto Reset, and Over/Reverse Voltage Protection. Optional features include TTL On/Off Control and an integral heatsink.

In modular form, the unit measures 5.0 x 2.5 x 0.6 inches. The unit is also available as a lab unit and in 19" rack configurations.
