Potevio To Set Up TD-SCDMA Network In Italy

The Chinese invented noodles and then exported them to Italy, and now Italy has one more thing to add to its list of Chinese imports: TD-SCDMA.
Potevio, a Chinese telecommunications equipment manufacturer, has signed a contract with Mywave, an Italian company, in Beijing to jointly build a TD-SCDMA trial network in Italy. Representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China's State Council, TD-SCDMA Industry Alliance, China Mobile and Italian Embassy in China attended the 3G signing ceremony.
According to the contract, Potevio will offer customized solutions and equipment to Mywave to build a TD-SCDMA trial network targeted at corporate users. This is the first time for Potevio to build a TD-SCDMA trial network in Europe.
At the signing ceremony, the president of Mywave said that the company recognized the technological advantages of Potevio's TD-SCDMA solutions and is very confident in its partnership with Potevio to set up and operate the TD-SCDMA system in Europe. Potevio promised to make the greatest effort to offer advanced network establishment solutions, first class products and high-quality engineering services to its Italian partner.
As one of the core suppliers of China's TD-SCDMA equipment, Potevio's products have been used in the constructions of China Mobile's TD-SCDMA trial networks in Tianjin and Qinhuangdao.
