请教，阿尔卡特的SDH engineer职位的具体描述！
想请教一下阿尔卡特的朋友，我想应聘贵公司的SDH engineer这个职位，是海外技术支持部的，但是由于描述过于简单，我实在不知道这个职位的方向。我看了里面的具体要求：
1.负责ASB海外工程SDH产品的现场技术实施（包括安装调测、初验终验、日常维护等）和技术支持等工作；
Be responsible for Alcatel-lucent SDH products’ technical engineering implementation in ASB overseas markets, including in installation&commissioning, PAT/FAT, routine maintenance and technical support, etc.;
2.跟踪并及时解决客户所关心的技术问题,负责向客户提供技术支持和技术建议，与现场项目经理、工程经理及客户保持良好沟通合作关系；
Track and solve in time all technical issues from customer, offer technical support and proposal, maintain good cooperation with GPM(General Project Manager), engineering leader and customer;
3.与国内技术支持中心进行有效沟通，解决Alcatel-lucent SDH产品的复杂技术问题；
Keep effective communication with domestic TAC(Technical Assistance Center),to solve the escalated SDH product problems;
4.向客户和当地维护人员提供技术支持与培训；
Provide necessary technical support and training to customer and local engineers;
5.根据项目需要，配合项目经理或工程经理进行现场工程技术管理工作；
Cooperate with GPM or engineering leader to deal with site engineering technical management if necessary;
应聘要求Candidate Requirements :
1.教育程度:本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferably in radio telecommunication or computer science;
2.工作经历:一年或以上ALCATEL SDH的工程维护、技术支持经验；具备网管系统的知识和工程经验优先
At least one year's experience in SDH engineering, maintenance and technical support IN ALCATEL; knowledge and engineering experience of TMN (NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) are preferred.
3.语言能力:CET-4级以上，英语听说读写熟练；
Fluent spoken and written English, Clear written and oral expression;
4.熟练掌握SDH的技术及其发展；
Skilled in SDH knowledge and its development;
5.具有良好的学习能力，能通过自学或培训快速掌握新的技能，对技术的领悟力强；
Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding and mastery;
6.具有良好的团队合作精神和一定的工程技术管理能力，善于沟通和交流，能有效协调各方处理复杂问题；
Flexibility and teamwork, ability of engineering technical management, be good at communication and cooperation among different parts;
7.勤恳敬业，有较强的事业心和责任感；
Sedulous and studious, strong enterprise and responsibility;
8.能适应频繁的海外出差.
Frequent overseas travel is required.
我以前做SDH NE设备的测试的，因此对SDH的基础知识还比较扎实。但是我不知道这个职位是具体做工程建设的还是做网管管理的。而我现在的学习方向应该是向工程方面，还是向网管方面。我目前正在学习光纤传输方面的知识，但是总觉得和这个职位的要求有很大的偏差，因此想请知道的朋友指教一下。 如果愿意交个朋友，我的QQ是158851578，请加我！我在QQ上向您请教！谢谢！
