Position description：
1. Research and innovation in radio communication or related area 2. Responsible for pre-study of edging cutting broadcasting/multicast techniques including protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation in radio communication 3. Theoretical analysis and prototype design 4. Contribution to patent, standardization and paper

Requirement：
1. Ph.D in radio/wireless communication or related area 2. Familiar with C/C++, MATLAB, CCSS and OPNET/NS2 3. Familiar with key broadcast/multicast techniques based on OFDM/MIMO, cognitive radio or more advanced future techniques such as mesh network, ad hoc network et al.
4. Knowledge about 3GPP LTE or Wimax is a plus 5. Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in wireless communication system is preferred 6. Experience in baseband prototype building is a plus 7. Excellent verbal, writing, presentation and communication skills in English 8. High responsibility, dedication and team spirit

阿尔卡特－朗讯研究创新中心在公司内部目前和Bell Labs一起共同承担公司通信领域所有前沿研究工作。中国研究中心对于研究人员的要求和所承担研究任务的挑战性和全球其它研究中心，Bell Labs，包括 北美和欧洲部分，没有任何区别。比如，考虑到和MIMO的主要发明人之一Foshini成为同事，可能既是挑战也是机会。
