GMPLS协议软件开发工程师

工作描述:
        开发高质量的传输智能设备嵌入式协议软件
        对开发的软件质量和进度负责
        理解传输设备的标准建议，完成传输设备GMPLS嵌入式协议软件开发和集成
        按照软件工程的方法，完成软件的详细设计，代码实现，单元测试，集成测试
        从事过具体嵌入式软件开发，对嵌入式软件开发有一定经验,熟悉嵌入式OS，有 Vxworks, Linux经验者优先
        对单元测试，集成测试有较深理解

工作要求:
        熟练掌握C/C＋＋语言
        熟练掌握VxWorks/Linux嵌入式操作系统的使用,两者都熟悉者优先
        有3年以上在DCL代码平台上的GMPLS开发和集成的经验，熟悉OSPF-TE/RSVP-TE协议，有在知名通信公司工作背景者优先
        良好的沟通、协调能力，能熟练使用英语沟通

Job Requirements:
        A strong background in SDH, Data technologies is a MUST.
        At least BSEE (MSEE+ is preferred).
        3+ years experience in telecommunication product design or development.
        Comprehensive knowledge in the Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, WDM, ASON, etc. is a plus.
        Good speaking and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

Senior Data System Architect

Job Description:

Job Requirements:
        3+ years experience in telecommunication product design or development.
        A strong background of Data technologies is a MUST.

Job Description:   
        Participate in outlining system definition and derive the functional specification for a subsystem.
        Detailed board-level logic and schematic design, including component selection.
        Supervision of layout design, including the specification of design rules for high-speed signals. Bring-up, debug, and design characterization/verification., Release and support of transition to Manufacturing.

Job Requirements:
        BSEE (MSEE is preferred).
        3+ years experience taking board-level products successfully from design to production
        Design background in IP or ATM based Switch/Router/DSLAM equipment, or SDH equipment
        Expertise in Digital logic design, high-speed bus and clock termination and PLL clock drivers.
        Experience with designing for manufacturability, testing and reliability.
        Familiarity with standards for EMC/ESD, safety and thermal compliance.
        Knowledge of control theory, analog design, high-speed digital and optical communications, is an asset.
        PowerPC experience is a plus.
        Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must

        Experience on Application development of telecom/ datacom equipment embedded software includes any of the following:
        Telecom / datacom device applications:  Performance management , Fault management ,equipment management ,etc
        SDH device applications: SDH protections, DCC, etc.
        ATM device applications: Traffic Management, CAC, ATM protection, etc.
        Ethernet RPR device applications: L2 control protocols, management protocols, etc.

Job Requirements:
        本科以上学历。
        3年以上基于Linux系统的开发经验。
        精于C/C++语言。
        熟悉linux 内核和linux 内核优化方法, 具有内核裁剪经验。
        熟悉嵌入式linux驱动程序设计和优化。
        有扎实的操作系统、微机原理、数据结构、编译原理、软件工程方面的理论基础。
        具有良好的开发习惯和学习能力，善于钻研，具有团队意识，善于与人沟通协作。
        英语CET-4以上，良好的读写与口语沟通能力。
